What is Kickin’ Kombucha?
Kickin’ Kombucha is organically grown fair trade tea, yerba mate and rooibos in a base of purified water and evaporated cane juice fermented by a Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY). Over time the tannins, caffeine, and sugars are converted into a vast array of organic acids which may include Acetic acid, Glucuronic acid, Lactic acid, Butyric acid , Malic acid, Usnic acid and naturally fermented B-vitamins. Over weeks of careful fermentation, a rebalancing probiotic rich elixir is born which we like to call Kickin’ Kombucha.

Life! Your tea is alive. Kickin’ Kombucha is teeming with billions of friendly probiotics. They have affectionately been referred to as squidles, jellyfish, and many others. We just like to call it the “goodness”. These harmless strands of culture/sediment are completely edible. We recommend gently swirling the bottle before consumption for even distribution, but be careful as your beverage is naturally effervescent. You may strain if preferred.
What makes your kombucha different?
Kickin’ Kombucha is made from a special blend of 7 teas including Black, pu-erh, oolong, green and white.
Each one selected for its flavor and unique properties. Our blend also includes yerba mate, a plant indigenous to South America, that contain its own vast array vitamins and minerals. Rounding out our blend is antioxidantpacked green and red rooibos from South Africa.
Serving suggestions:
We suggest starting with a small serving (4 to 6 oz) while you body welcomes the introduction of beneficial
probiotics. First time drinkers often note the apple cider vinegar bite of the vast array of organic acids.
You may dilute with juice if preferred. Always keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
